ABOUT US: GORDON WARD

Gordon Ward is the Director of the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy facilities located at the Edmonton General Hospital and the Alberta Professional Centre in Calgary, Alberta.

Leaving over a dozen years in a career with a multinational engineering company and as a consultant internationally, he developed an interest in hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the 1990's. At the time , as a parent of a brain injured child and the President of the Cerebral Palsy Society, he could not personally dispute the results he witnessed in brain damaged children.

After extensive academic preparation, he founded Canadian Hyperbarics, a hyperbaric facility dedicated to permitting access to an internationally recognized, viable therapeutic modality for conditions that are either denied or prohibited treatment at public hyperbaric facilities in Canada.

His personal training is unparalleled in Canada. He currently presides as the President of the Canadian Association of Hyperbarics.
